Happy Campers As a mom it’s always so much fun to watch your kids’ interest evolve over the years. When planning their birthdays I pay attention to what they are currently obsessed with and then I run with it. A Taco Buffet: a sure crowd pleaser! One of my favorite types of meals to prepare include some kind of “serve yourself” bar where you get to customize your meal to your liking, and because I’m not a short order chef, serving meals this way insures that everyone is happy. Beachy Graduation Party
8th Grade Promotion Luncheon Just days ago my baby girl had her 8th grade promotion ceremony and is now moving on to high school in just a few months! This calls for a celebration! For her luncheon, we decided on a soup bar. I served salmon chowder and French onion soup with crusty bread sticks, croissants, spinach artichoke spread, shrimp and krab.
