Really Great Places to Have Breakfast in Los Cabos

The good news is there is no shortage of great restaurants serving breakfast in Los Cabos. The bad news is there’s only so many days of vacation in which to try them all out. Over the past couple years I have searched for the places that were ranked highest for food, service and location and am happy to report my findings to you on this post. As there will always be more great places to try, I will continue to add my reviews and feedback in hopes of providing a helpful resource for anyone who is looking for a really great place to have breakfast in Los Cabos.

Since Los Cabos is technically the name given to two neighboring towns (Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo) I will separate my reviews by these two locations.

San Jose Del Cabo

This quite little town is one of my favorite paces for walking around. Filled with historic buildings and art galleries, San Jose del Cabo is also a great place to experience top notch dining in gorgeous vibrant surroundings.

Sunday Brunch at Flora Farms

Flora Farms aka Flora’s Field Kitchen is quickly becoming a favorite place for a delicious Farm to Table brunch in San Jose. Located just out of town in a more rural setting, Flora Farms serves up delicious food grown and raised right on the property. They even have a produce stand set up if you’d like to purchase anything for later. Our experience was just wonderful. The food was fresh and very flavorful. We emjoyed people watching while listening to live music. The vibe at Flora Farms was so layed back. We spent several hours walking around their beautiful property, something I highly recommend. Breakfast at Habaneros

Years ago we ate at Habaneros at their old location which was in a strip mall near our resort. This new downtown location blew me away with how beautifully enchanting their new space was. Located next to El Encanto Inn in downtown San Jose, Habaneros offers seating in open air courtyards surrounded by lush vegetation and nearby fountains. Their beautiful outdoor kitchen and palapa bar are just steps away from your table. Our server was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a quick breakfast that was beautifully presented and was the perfect way to start our day. Everything was bursting with flavor and garnished with the perfect blend of fresh herbs.
