Cowboy Cheese Crackers
The first time I made these was for my son’s cowboy birthday party. We loved them so much that we have made them again and again over the years. They taste great paired with a hot bowl of chili!
Cowboy Cheese Crackers

A crispy cheesy cracker that you can cut out into shapes to add fun to any gathering!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup flour
- 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3-4 tablespoons water
- dash of paprika
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- Combine first 6 ingredients using a pastry blender to cut in butter. Roll 1/4" thick, sprinkle with sesame seeds and roll again to press seeds in. Cut out with cookie cutters and place on baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes until they just turn brown and crisp.
