Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies
This recipe was given to me from a friend over 20 years ago and to this day it remains one of our favorite fall cookies!
Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

A delicious soft pumpkin cookie.
Ingredients
- 2 C butter
- 2 C sugar
- 2 C pumpkin
- 2 eggs
- 2 t vanilla
- 4 C flour
- 2 t baking soda
- 2 t baking powder
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1 t salt
- 1 C chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine first 5 ingredients and mix until blended.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Bake on a greased cookie sheet (or use a liner) for 10-15 minutes (12 works best for me).
