Keto Egg Muffins
These make-ahead keto egg muffins make a great grab-and-go breakfast or even a mid-day snack. Sometimes it’s nice to change things up a bit. These egg cups make a great alternative to the usual scrambled eggs and bacon keto breakfast. Once you mix together the egg base, you can create any number of different flavor combinations. This summer while we were out hiking on our National Parks vacation, my youngest mentioned to me that maybe he would like a National Parks themed birthday party. We brainstormed ideas for a while and had fun coming up with ways to incorporate our theme, but once we got back from our trip he decided maybe a camping theme would be better. I was pretty excited for his new suggestion because I think there are so many…
