Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

This recipe was given to me from a friend over 20 years ago and to this day it remains one of our favorite fall cookies!

A delicious soft pumpkin cookie.

Ingredients

2 C butter
2 C sugar
2 C pumpkin
2 eggs
2 t vanilla
4 C flour
2 t baking soda
2 t baking powder
2 t cinnamon
1 t salt
1 C chocolate chips

Instructions

Combine first 5 ingredients and mix until blended.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add chocolate chips.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet (or use a liner) for 10-15 minutes (12 works best for me).
